    • Dearest Soosheela,
Thank you so much for your interest in the course.
Where are you located just out of curiosity?

So the course will be designed to deepen the knowledge that you may already have on Yoga & Ayurveda.
Even if you know very little, this course would still be ok for a beginner in either practice.
The idea is to link both sister Sciences as they are meant to be taught together, not apart.

It will technically be a Yoga teacher training with strong emphasis on Ayurveda.
It will be registered with Yoga Alliance International which is currently the only recognized body that sets standards for
      Yoga teacher trainings and schools.

You will have a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate at the end and will have enough knowledge in Ayurveda to be able to suggest basic lifestyle modifications to your students/clients.

I am not sure yet where the course will take place to be totally frank with you, but the idea is that it will be available in a major city close to you.
It could be that some of it will be in a city, another component else where, like a tropical venue so to deepen the Yoga practice.
Hence why I have asked you where you live.

      What are you interested in?
Might help me gear the course.

I am still writing the curriculum but I hope to have it done my May of this year.

Tell me more about you and your practice,
Look forward to hearing from you,

In good health and well being,
